Returns / Warranty (RMA)

Below you will find more information about returns and a warranty request.

Returns

The buyer has the option to return delivered items within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period, the item may be viewed, assessed and/or tried as it is also possible in a store, unless stated otherwise.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day:

  • On which the item is in possession;
  • For multiple items in an order, which are delivered separately: of which the last item has been received;
  • For an item that consists of different parts: of which the last part has been received.

Use of right of withdrawal:

  • You can inform us of this in writing or by email;
  • By using the model withdrawal form;
  • By using the return slip, enclosed with the item.

Returning an item:

  • The item can only be returned if the item is complete;
  • As far as possible, you should return the item undamaged in its original packaging, prepaid. The shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the buyer. The rates for sending packages can be found with your local shipper. Please note! Shipments from countries outside the EU including the UK may be subject to additional duties, taxes and surcharges.

Items that cannot be returned (right of withdrawal excluded):

  • Items that have been custom-made for the buyer;
  • Items: CDs, DVDs and other media with audio or video recordings or software, of which the seal has been broken;
  • Items based on hygiene or health reasons.

Refund:

  • After receipt of the returned items, Remote Control Parts B.V. will refund the total amount within 14 days. The costs incurred for returning will not be reimbursed.
  • When an item consists of multiple products (1 or more products are returned), only the returned item will be refunded. So not the full amount for all products.
  • Items that are damaged, broken, etc., will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Use of right of withdrawal:

  • Applying the right of withdrawal does not invalidate any payment obligation. Payment must be made within the set period. If the item meets all the requirements for returning, Remote Control Parts B.V. will refund the amount within 14 days.

 

Warranty (RMA)

Products can be sent for a warranty (RMA) request if they do not function properly or have defects. This can be done by means of a warranty request form.

A warranty claim can only be submitted if the product/part is submitted within the warranty period and conditions set by the manufacturer or the RCP (this is described in our general terms and conditions of delivery).

After receipt, the product/part will be examined. If this shows that the product/part meets the conditions and is covered by the warranty, the product/part will be replaced/repaired and returned to you. If the examination shows that the product/part is not covered by the warranty, the product/part will be returned to you. In that case, examination and shipping costs will be charged.

You can send your warranty request with warranty (RMA) number (you can request this in advance from Remote Control Parts B.V.) and the product/part to:
